Achieving your health and fitness goals, can be very simple, fun and easy when approached correctly.

Just like training for a marathon, in order to achieve your fitness goals, you need the right plan, resources and support.

If you want to succeed, it's a good idea to set some small goals to reach your main goal. Although , goal setting can be sometimes challenging, so here are tips to help you get started!


  • Write Down Your Goals

Start by writing down all your goals, for the week,  month or year. One good example; is to make a to-do-list and write all yours goals on it. Post them somewhere on your bedroom wall, kitchen or any place that is noticeable.

We all take a bath in the morning, or at least I hope you do so. This is a ritual, or a habit and something that we can build upon. 

Access your current rituals, and see how you can build upon them with the things that you would like to be doing to yourself to support your health.

A workout buddy will help to make the workout fun, quicker and they will hold you accountable. And, will be of great support.

  • Make Your Health a Priority

Let's face the truth, it's always easy to put our health and wellness on the back burner. When you make your health a priority, you'll always make time for it. Where there's a will, there's a way out.


  • Adopt a New Attitude of Gratitude

Tony Robbins once said, ''When your are grateful, fear disappears and abundance appears''  Keep a journal for yourself or have a daily grateful check-in.
